("we," "us," "our"), you agree to receive text messages related to our property management services, including but not limited to lease and appointment reminders, maintenance and service updates, rent payment reminders, account notifications, and customer support communications ("the Messaging Service").

You may opt in to the Messaging Service by providing your mobile phone number through our website, a rental application or lease document, our tenant/owner portal, or by other means where you affirmatively consent to receive text messages from us.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services and the nature of your tenancy, ownership, or inquiry. You may receive recurring messages.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Messaging Service is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability and message delivery are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
6. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Hermitage Property Management, Inc. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in to the Messaging Service.
7. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, though you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. If you wish to resume receiving messages, you may opt in again as described above.
